TOOC Ministries Store provides ministry-related products and merchandise, including books, anointing oils, prayer shawls, lapel badges, clothing, personalised products, and other products displayed on our website.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizes, prices, and other information are accurate.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing processes, and printing methods.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully placed and paid for.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you are making a request to purchase the products selected during checkout.
Orders are subject to payment verification, product availability, and successful processing.
If there is a genuine error in pricing, product information, or availability, we may contact you to resolve the issue or, where appropriate, cancel the affected order and refund any payment received.
5. Personalised Products
For personalised products, you are responsible for providing accurate information, including spelling, names, images, artwork, sizes, colours, and other specifications.
Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Where a personalised product is incorrectly produced because of an error on our part, please contact us so that we can investigate the matter.
6. Payment
Payment must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout unless otherwise agreed.
Orders may not be processed until payment has been successfully confirmed.
7. Delivery
Delivery options and applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout where available.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, operational issues, incorrect customer information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.
TOOC Ministries Store is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
9. PUDO, PAXI and Collection
Where PUDO, PAXI, collection, or another delivery method is available, customers must provide the correct information required by the selected service.
Certain products, including liquids, may not be eligible for particular delivery methods.
10. Anointing Oils and Liquid Products
Anointing oils and other liquid products may be subject to delivery restrictions.
If the delivery method selected during checkout cannot transport the product ordered, we may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method.
11. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable South African law.
Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to remove or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
